Fernandez directs the education of over 3,000 youth at the Belle Clair Soccer Association.  An exceptional teacher, Fernandez captivates young players with his demonstrations and methods for teaching skill development.  Fernandez joins the Director of Coaching and Player Development for the state of Kentucky, Adrian Parrish, who continues to set the bar for youth player development in Region II.  Parrish’s personality is contagious and young players gravitate towards him and his teaching methods.
